14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund on your first payment if you're not completely satisfied with Guest Loop within 14 days of your initial subscription.
This guarantee applies to your very first payment only. If you previously subscribed, cancelled, and then re-subscribed, the 14-day guarantee would not apply to subsequent subscriptions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your Guest Loop subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.
Access Until Period End
When you cancel, you'll continue to have full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then automatically downgrade to our free tier.
No Partial Refunds
After the initial 14-day period, we don't provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll keep access until your billing period ends.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
Bank Processing
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. This is typically 3-5 business days but can vary by institution.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using Guest Loop, we'll work with you to resolve the issue. In cases where we cannot provide a satisfactory solution, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Service Interruptions
If our service experiences extended downtime that significantly impacts your ability to use Guest Loop, we may provide service credits or refunds as appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Your Rights Are Protected
Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees.
If you believe your consumer rights have been affected, you can contact us or seek advice from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
What Happens After a Refund?
