Security Best Practices
Protecting Your Account
Do's: β
β
Use least privilege - Only give permissions needed
β
Property-specific access - Limit exposure
β
Regular audits - Review team quarterly
β
Remove promptly - When someone leaves, remove immediately
β
Unique emails - Each team member has own email/login
β
Monitor activity - Check audit logs regularly
Don'ts: β
β Share your password - Each person should have own account
β Give admin to everyone - Reserve for trusted partners only
β Leave old team members - Remove when no longer needed
β Grant billing access - Owner only (can't be delegated anyway)
