Setting up your GuestLoop account is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through creating your account, understanding your 14-day free trial, and getting started with your first property.

Step 1: Visit the GuestLoop Website
- Navigate to
https://guestloop.com(or your local instance) - You'll see the homepage with the tagline: "Turn Your Vacation Rental Guests Into Repeat Customers"
- Click the "Start Free" button in the top right corner

Step 2: Sign Up Process

Option 1: Email & Password
- Click "Sign up" link at the bottom of the login page
- Enter your details:
- Name: Your full name or business name

- Click "Create Account"

Common Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No! The 14-day trial requires no payment information. You can start using GuestLoop immediately after signing up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or fees. If you don't upgrade after your trial, your account will downgrade but your data remains safe.
What happens after my trial ends?
After 14 days, you'll need to choose a plan to continue using features. Your data is never deleted - you just won't be able to send campaigns or SMS until you upgrade.
How do I upgrade?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Upgrade to Growth" or "Upgrade to Business". You'll be redirected to Stripe for secure payment processing.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
- Properties: You'll need to upgrade to add more (3 on Growth, 10 on Business)
- SMS: Sending will be paused until next month or you can purchase additional credits
- Team Members: Upgrade to add more (1 on Growth, 5 on Business)
- Translations: Upgrade to translate to more languages (1 on Growth, 5 on Business)
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive a verification email
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add noreply@guestloop.com to your contacts
- Click "Resend verification email" on the login page
- Contact support@guestloop.com if issue persists
I can't log in
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Try the "Forgot Password" link
- Check if you signed up with Google (try Google sign-in)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
