🔐 Access Codes System (New!)
Protect your guidebook, track every guest
Every booking now gets a unique 6-character access code that guests need to view your guidebook. This provides:
- Security: WiFi passwords and sensitive info are protected
- Attribution: Know exactly which booking each guest came from
- Multi-guest tracking: Multiple people per booking can use the same code
- Frictionless sharing: Include code in URL for auto-fill
How to Use
- Codes are automatically generated for new bookings
- Find codes in the Bookings table ("Code" column)
- Use 📋 Copy Message to get pre-formatted text for external platforms
- SMS messages automatically include the code

- Available in bottom-right corner of every guidebook
The chatbot uses rule-based intelligence to match questions to your guidebook sections—no external AI APIs required.

Find anything in your guidebook instantly
Guests can now press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) to open a Spotlight-style search that:
- Searches all guidebook sections
- Uses fuzzy matching (typos are okay!)
- Highlights matching text
- Supports keyboard navigation
Perfect for guests who want to quickly find WiFi, check-out time, or local recommendations.
📱 Booking QR Codes
Individual QR codes for each booking
Generate QR codes for specific bookings that include the access code:
- Find the booking in your table
- Click the 📱 QR button
- Download or print the QR code
- Guest scans → code auto-fills → guidebook access
Great for:
- Welcome packets
- Property door signage
- PDF check-in instructions

Better local recommendations display
The guidebook map has been upgraded with:
- Category filtering: Filter by restaurants, activities, shopping, etc.
- Marker clusters: Cleaner view when you have many recommendations
